• provide our services to you using proper support and skill
• listen,  respect and respond to your views as we work with you
• regularly train our staff and keep up-to-date with best practice
• make sure that all of our staff are properly supervised and managed
• provide a copy of the yearly Care Commission inspection report if you are living here at the time"
